MijnMeetstaat is a budget control platform for new builds and renovations. It starts from the architect's bill of quantities: around 1,000 estimate lines, each with its own quantity, unit price, coordination fee and VAT, imported straight from Excel. The header row is found automatically, even at a thousand rows, and re-importing a newer version keeps the settings you made per line. Everything that arrives afterwards is set against that baseline. Quotes, progress statements and invoices are forwarded by e-mail, read out in about twenty seconds and prepared as proposals: what matches on code or description is linked, the rest comes with a reason next to it, and nothing happens until you approve it. Lines with a provisional quantity get separate attention, because those are the posts where the cost can quietly run up. The result is a single number: how much headroom is left after everything that still has to be paid, so the owner knows where the project stands long before the final invoice.
