What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you use the assistant on this site to send us a project request, we store the details you provide: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and the description of your project. We do not ask for any special categories of personal data.

To keep the site available and protect it from abuse, our servers process technical request data (such as your IP address) for rate limiting. This is used transiently for security and is not combined with your project request to build a profile of you.

Why we use it

We use the details from your project request for one purpose: to read it, understand what you need, and get back to you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the request, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work.

How it is stored and shared

Project requests are stored securely and are accessible only to the codinck BV team. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We keep a request only as long as needed to follow up with you, and remove it when it is no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@codinck.be and we will respond as required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above.
